I absolutely adore the Lilly Pulitzer brand that’s famous for it’s colorful clothing, bright prints, fun cuts, and the internet’s wildest sale, the Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale. All 3 of my orders finally arrived, and I wanted to share my Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale haul from this year’s most colorful sale!
I have so many pieces from Lilly Pulitzer, that it’s almost hard for me to shop their sales anymore, because so much of what I own is similar to what they have been making lately. Don’t get me wrong! I’m not one of those people who thinks every print looks the same, or one who doesn’t know the difference between “Hibiscus Pink” and “Lilly’s Pink”, it’s just that when I have so many gorgeous patterns in my closet, I try to make sure what I buy has distinct color schemes and unique cuts, so that I don’t end up with 50 similar looking dresses (NOT that there’s anything wrong with that, as they say “too much is never enough!”).

At the very, very top of my wishlist was the Maldives Maxi Dress in Multi Block Party Engineered Maxi. This print just screams ‘iconic Lilly’ to me, and it reminds me of the classically printed shifts I grew up wearing in Petoskey. In the sale, this fun and summery dress with a striped top was $89, when originally it was $188. I bought a size 4 and it fits just a little loose, and I will need to have it taken up, because it’s too long on me. I plan to ask my seamstress to make a matching mask and headband from the extra fabric!
The next piece I was most excited about was the Kaylie Button Down Skort in Love Potion Pink. I hadn’t actually seen this color for the Kaylie Button Down Skort, and I just love how bright and vibrant it is. I bought my usual size, a 4, and it is SO short I definitely can’t wear it anywhere, so I’ll have to try to find a trade in my Lilly Pulitzer Facebook group for that one. As you can see, the shorts stick out a bit when it’s lying flat, which wouldn’t be a problem when worn if this skirt weren’t so short overall. This was only $19!

The Adeline Skirt in Pelican Pink Sea Cups is so perfect for spring. I plan to wear this with my white linen blouses I snagged from The Great via Tuckernuck’s recent online sample sale. This print is really pretty, and I like the textured fabric on this skirt. This was only $29.

I don’t wear shorts often, but when I do I love to wear a bright, bold print. The 5″ Callahan Knit Short in Gustavia Green Sunshine City were calling my name, and I’m so glad I picked them up (also in my usual 4), because they fit perfectly and are so soft and comfortable. I know I’ll wear these often when the warm weather hits, most likely with a white button down Oxford or polo. These were only $30.
I already own the Darlah dress in Paradise Found, and that print is tied with Dark ‘n Stormy, She’s a Fox, YGR, and Multi Block Party Engineered as my all time favorite Lilly Pulitzer prints. With that in mind, when I saw the Mila Shift Dress in Paradise Found for $62, I knew I had to add it to my wardrobe.

Thank you! I love Lilly’s colors too, especially around this time of year. Even though I can’t wear them in the cold, I love how they brighten my mood.
