Villa Dahlia, a One Michelin Key, 5-Star Hotel in the Heart of Stockholm
Villa Dahlia was our home in the heart of Stockholm during the serene summer week we spent exploring the gorgeous Swedish capital. It’s one of Stockholm’s most celebrated hotels. Boasting 1 Michelin Key for excellence in hospitality, a well-deserved 5-star rating, and positively glowing reviews on every travel review website, it was an easy decision to stay here, and we are so glad we did. With abundant amenities like access to their state-of-the-art Nordic Spa, rooftop dining and bar, in-house restaurant, complimentary breakfast crafted by award-winning chefs, and more, there was plenty to love about our stay.

Arrival
We took a car from the airport to Villa Dahlia and were dropped off just out front. Staff helped us with our bags as it was quite hot outside. Once we were indoors, we were offered a drink, our bags were taken to our suite, and we were checked in swiftly.
Those driving may park in a private, secure parking garage around the corner for an extra fee.
Our Suite with Park View
Our suite was gorgeous, overlooking a nearby park and all of the flowering trees therein. We had plenty of space to unpack, unwind, and enjoy great sleep. Our suite must have been soundproofed, because although the hotel was packed while we were there, we hardly ever heard other guests during our time at Villa Dahlia.
Filled with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and relax, like robes, plenty of towels, slippers, snacks, and more, everything about our room was perfect.
Nordic Spa
Available to guests is a Nordic spa with a cold plunge pool, hot sauna, infrared sauna, and showers. The spa also offers massages, facials, and more for an extra charge. It’s a wonderful way to start a day or unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Expect a dedicated post soon.

The Verdict
Our stay was nothing short of perfection. We received top-notch service, stayed in an exceedingly comfortable room, and the hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring the city. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our stay, and if we are lucky enough to visit Stockholm again someday, we’d love to stay at Villa Dahlia again!
