Picking out souvenirs is one of my favorite parts of traveling. The not-so-fun part is trying to shut my suitcase on the way back home after I bought one too many trinkets. Instead of worrying about how much I can buy before I have to pay extra weight fees at the airport, I found the coolest reminders of places I’ve been from Aviate. These airport code hats have embroidered airport codes on them, which I’ve never seen before! They have airport codes from around the United States, and a couple of international airports, plus you can create custom hats as well!
I selected the DTW (Detroit) and ORD (Chicago O’Hare) airport code hats, because those are the two airports I fly from most often, and I’ve already received lots of compliments on these! I wear hats all the time in the summer, so you’ll definitely be seeing more of these. Speaking of which, I’ll be heading to a number of new places at the end of the month, so keep an eye on my blog and Instagram for some awesome travel posts! In the meantime, check out their site, find your favorite airport’s code, and tag me @AnnieWearsIt & @AviateBrand on Instagram! This would be the perfect gift for anyone who has studied abroad, or for someone who just loves to travel. How amazing would it be to receive one of these as a gift, along with tickets to a new city? Which airport would you like to rep?

These airport code hats make amazing gifts for any traveler, but they’re a particularly sweet way to take a little piece of home with you wherever you go. They are also great going-away presents for college students, or loved ones who move away, so they can always “remember” where they came from.
