During our wonderful week in Atlanta, GA, we stayed at St. Regis Atlanta and couldn’t resist checking out their world-famous spa, where I had the best massage I’ve ever received. Complete with a Himalayan salt sauna, steam sauna, relaxation room, eucalyptus showers, and plenty of space to recharge, relax, and be restored, this turned out to be one of the best spas I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. We had a phenomenal morning here. If you’re an Atlanta local or looking for things to do during your visit to The Big Peach, set aside time to rejuvenate at The Spa at St. Regis Atlanta.

The Spa at St. Regis Atlanta’s Atmosphere
The Spa at St. Regis Atlanta was so peaceful and serene that I could have quickly fallen asleep in their waiting room, haha. Everything was beautiful, spotless, and so relaxing. Upon arrival, after check-in, I was offered drinks, tea, and water and invited to relax before my massage. Spa guests are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes early to prepare for their service(s).
The Spa at St. Regis Atlanta offers guests the chance to unwind and relax in their eucalyptus steam sauna, Himalayan salt stone sauna and disconnect from the outside world before enjoying their spa services. I can’t stress enough how important it is to take advantage of these opportunities to relax, particularly when traveling, because I tend to remember and savor these moments of tranquility the most. In addition to the incredible spa services, of course!
Each sauna and relaxation room had a different vibe, and it was so nice to drift between saunas before and after my appointment to make the most of this wonderfully comfortable space. Additionally, they had crystal-infused water, light snacks, warm and cold towels, plenty of skincare and haircare amenities, and the soft music in the background made it feel ultra-cozy.

Our Massages
My husband and I enjoyed Performance massages that helped alleviate the longstanding tension I’ve felt in my shoulders and forearms from working at a computer and lugging around my camera gear as I travel. My husband has been doing numerous renovation projects around our new home and needed some TLC too, and this massage left us both feeling reborn. I have never had a better massage experience in my life, and my massage therapist Kristin did an outstanding job. I’m not joking when I say I will book another flight down to see her again the next time I need a massage! Our massages also included foot scrubs and tailored massages, which were excellent too.

One spa service wasn’t enough for us. I loved their “The 400” and “Flawless Garden Rose” signature treatments, each using elevated, botanical-powered Sothys (a Parisian brand) skincare products. These treatments leave the skin feeling so deeply hydrated and renewed. It’s worth a trip to Atlanta just for this! Read more about the treatments The Spa at St. Regis Atlanta offers here.
Final Thoughts
I have never had a better massage, which is impressive, considering how many massages I’ve had. I’ve been having a lot of pain in my right forearm from typing so much as I write my blog and book series, and I have had lingering pain from dislocating my shoulder in a skiing accident, and I haven’t felt any of that since my massage. I needed a strong, results-driven massage, and this one left me feeling better than I can ever remember. I joked with Robin that I literally felt a decade younger after this massage, haha.

I can’t say enough good things about this experience, so I’ll leave you with this: You must book a massage with Kristin at The Spa at St. Regis Atlanta to feel wholly restored. It’s transformative, truly!
