Being invited to the Grand Opening of Lotte Hotel Seattle was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had so far as a luxury travel writer. Lotte Hotels is a Korean Luxury Brand of hotels famed for their 5 and 6-star hotels around the world. This hotel was Seattle’s second 5 Star Hotel, Lotte Hotel’s first on the West Coast, and third hotel in the United States. The hotel’s Presidential Suite is one of the coolest hotel suites we’ve ever experienced. Read on to learn how this incredible 2097 ft² hotel room is the ultimate luxury hotel experience in the Pacific Northwest.

Complete with a full kitchen, a dining room, living room, a sitting room, bar lounge, a Yamaha piano, two entrances, a king-sized bed in the bedroom, a marble bathroom, a deep marble soaking tub, a rainfall shower, a writing desk, a nearly endless supply of mineral water, and incredible views of Seattle and Puget Sound, the Presidential Suite at Lotte Hotel Seattle is truly that: presidential. We were mesmerized by the intricate details of this hotel suite from the moment we walked in the door, like the books along the bookshelves (organized by color), the marble decor and furniture, the elements of the Pacific Northwest like the hardwood floors and woodland textures that dotted the hotel suite, and the sustainability initiatives they utilize in the room and throughout the hotel like the occupancy controlled thermostat.
Everywhere we looked, there was something unique that caught our eyes. I loved the way the hotel blended modern elements like shiny chrome chairs and light fixtures with rustic elements like an earthy color palette and wooden accents to seamlessly blend current design trends while simultaneously paying homage to Lotte Hotel’s newest location in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I particularly loved the floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Seattle and Puget Sound and that they had a pillow menu, which meant that guests can order any type of pillow they like to ensure the best night sleep possible. No more lugging around your own pillow from home or hoping the hotel pillows work for your needs; they have anything you could want!
The Presidential Suite had two 78″ flatscreen TVs, one in the living room and one above the writing desk in the bedroom area. Starting around $5,000 USD per night, this hotel suite would be the perfect honeymoon escape, and the hotel is already utilizing it to host small, intimate weddings and as a place for bridal parties to prepare for their big day. I could also see this as the perfect spot for a bachelor or bachelorette party to stay while exploring the city or as a romantic anniversary getaway.

For the perfect Seattle experience, book a stay at Lotte Hotel Seattle in their Presidential Suite, enjoy a gorgeous meal prepared by Michelin Starred Executive Chef Alexander La Motte using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients while overlooking Puget Sound at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge, then book a massage or a facial with Master Esthetician Patty Huang at Le SPA de l’hôtel Lotte. There’s so much to see and do in the area, and the hotel’s concierge is a wellspring of knowledge, which means they can help you plan the perfect day, weekend, or week exploring Seattle, and help you make reservations, arrange an itinerary, and so much more.

Lotte Hotel Seattle’s Presidential Suite is truly the ultimate luxury indulgence in the Pacific Northwest. If a more elegant, opulent, or relaxing hotel suite exists in the Seattle area, I certainly haven’t heard of it. Read more about the best things to do in Seattle, here.
Safe travels!
