Natori has quickly become one of my favorite brands for beautiful dresses and undergarments made ethically and with incredible craftsmanship. A woman-owned brand, Natori is an eponymous brand known for its East meets West aesthetics and timeless, gorgeous designs. I’ve worn Natori for years, and I’m always adding pieces to my collection here and there, like the Natori Lolita Silk Chemise, which is available in eight stunning colors. I’m wearing the lovely ‘Pink Sapphire’ color here, and I absolutely love it!

Natori Lolita Chemise, Skin Organic Cotton Robe, Brilliant Earth Necklace, T3 Curling Iron
This piece is so lovely for lounging around when I want to feel a bit more sophisticated than organic cotton pajamas, embroidered dresses, or workout attire. The silk charmeuse with off-white intricate floral chantilly lace appliques is so smooth and fluid it almost feels like wearing water. I love wearing this when I need a little pick-me-up or when I want to relax because it’s so luxurious and pretty I can’t help but feel a bit better every time I slip it on.
The straps are adjustable on this one, which means it doesn’t slip off my shoulders as another silk chemise I own does. I’ve never understood how other brands expect one-size straps to fit all when everyone is so different, but Natori has thought of everything with this one. The lace is whisper soft, the color is so vibrant and pretty, and although it must either be hand laundered or dry-cleaned, it’s still one of my favorite things to wear at night.

Regarding sizing, Natori’s size chart is very accurate. I’m wearing an XS here, and there’s a bit of room, so go by the chart and trust that it will fit the way it’s meant to. The tailoring of Natori’s garments is always so exquisite. I own several of their dresses, a few chemises, undergarments, shoes, and a sweater, and I’ve never once been disappointed with my Natori garments.
This chemise is so feminine and romantic that it becomes the perfect gift for yourself or someone you love. It’s so sweet to give someone something meant to celebrate them like this, so if you love the idea of this as a gift, send this post as a little nudge/gift inspiration!
