Our move happened very quickly and didn’t give us much time to plan, and as a result, we really dropped the ball on our sleeping and eating schedules. Needless to say, not sleeping or eating well has taken a toll on us, so now that we are settled into our new home, I want to get back into healthier habits, and improve on the good habits we already had. Here are the specific things I plan to get back into doing in the coming months.
