Sailing the Straits of Mackinac at Sunset
When on Mackinac Island recently, we enjoyed the most gorgeous sunset sail around the Straits of Mackinac, and saw incredibly vibrant colors like oranges, yellows, pinks, and briefly purples. It had been raining almost all day, so we were a bit worried that the sunset wouldn’t be very visible, but our good luck held out and we were shown the most magnificent sunset I’ve seen all year, which allowed me to take some of my favorite sunset photographs to date! I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them and getting splashed by the choppy waves!
