I’ve found very few bakeries sell anything gluten-free due to the complexities involved in preventing cross-contamination. Whenever I find a great bakery that offers gluten-free baked goods, even if it’s not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, I am always curious. Run by Adam Young, who is known as the “Best Baker in America”, after winning Food Network’s Best Baker in America, Sift has won a plethora of awards and is famous globally for their gorgeous, creative, and delicious baked goods foods, and artisanal confections.
