Robin loves to wear bright colors as the temperatures rise. We sometimes coordinate the colors we wear, while other times, we just wear whatever we want without worrying about coordinating. This outfit was something he wore to match my pink Monsoon & Beyond dress that I wore in Atlanta, GA, when we visited Le Colonial, Canoe, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. I thought these spring prints and colors were so lovely, and I like how he changed his clothes from day to night.
Mirrored Dress for Black Tie New Year’s Eve Wedding
One of my best friends from my sorority days got married on New Year’s Eve (Hi, Anna!). It was a beautiful wedding with a black tie optional dress code, so I thought, what better time to break out this gorgeous mirrored dress and the coordinating mirrored bowtie my husband and I have been saving for a special occasion? I ran the dress past the bride to be sure because, believe it or not, there wasn’t anything online about the etiquette of wearing such a thing to an event like this, haha. With her enthusiastic approval, we made our way back to Michigan for the event and had a fantastic time ringing in the New Year during their beautiful Romanian – American wedding!
