Swimming is one of my favorite things to do in the summertime. As soon as it’s warm enough to hit the pool or beach, I’m there, making the most of the warm weather. Being from the north, the swimming season is generally rather short, but that’s part of what makes it so precious. I like to make the most out of my time in the water, or relaxing near the water, looking and feeling my best. Easton’s Beach in Newport, Rhode Island
Newport, Rhode Island, is one of my favorite places on the East Coast. It’s so beautiful, and there’s so much to do, plus it has some of the nicest beaches I’ve visited in New England. So, when my best friend came to visit last minute, we headed to my favorite beach to introduce her to the area! My favorite public beach to swim, relax, or read at is Easton’s Beach, also known as First Beach. Its beautiful white sand, clear blue water, and excellent public facilities make it the best spot to enjoy the beautiful weather.

What I Wore to the Beach in Tulum
Tulum, Mexico is one of my favorite places we’ve ever visited. I loved exploring the jungle, the beaches, and the bustling downtown shopping district while we were in this eco-chic paradise.
