We returned to Wildflower Farms for another gorgeous stay, this time in the heart of summer, and we had a splendid time. While there, we enjoyed a farm-to-table Sunday Brunch at Clay, which I’ve written about for brunch and a sunset dinner previously. Just as spectacular as before, our meals here were nothing short of perfection. The service, atmosphere, food, and flavors were all exquisite, and it’s one of many reasons we and so many others keep coming back for more.
We enjoyed a gorgeous brunch each day of our stay at Clay, Wildflower Farms’ on-site farm-to-table restaurant. We also had a very memorable sunset dinner at Clay in Hudson Valley, NY, the same restaurant. This turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and that’s truly saying something if you’ve ever set foot in my Fine Dining archives, where we’ve eaten at some of the very best restaurants in the world. Read on to find out why we loved it so much.
During our visit to Wildflower Farms Resort in Hudson Valley, NY, I took a pressed flower pottery class. I’d never worked with pottery or clay before, but despite this, the instructor was so helpful, the course was very informative, and had a great deal of fun! Led by Demetria Chappo of Demetria Chappo Ceramics, I was in excellent hands. I hope this post inspires you to try a new class, learn a new skill, explore your creativity, and do something new!
Our first sojourn to Hudson Valley, NY, was utterly rejuvenating. Wildflower Farms Resort welcomed us with open arms, reinvigorated our spirits, tantalized our senses, and reawakened our sense of adventure, and sent us home feeling refreshed, inspired, and grounded. Everything about our stay was sheer perfection. From incredible, seasonal, farm-fresh dining at Clay and morning yoga classes in the resort’s wellness center to an inspiring pottery class and tours of the farm, we packed our stay full of things to eat, see, and do that enriched and nourished us, mind, body, and soul. Come along with me to Wildflower Farms Resort, and learn how to book your own getaway to this breathtaking corner of Hudson Valley!
