We couldn’t resist the allure of Swifty’s poolside beauty during our stay at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. Mere steps from our room, we were intrigued by the unique menu promising rare delights, the plant-covered outdoor dining, and the beautiful views of Palm Beach’s pinkest hotel from the dining area. Ambience
Overlooking the hotel’s iconic pool, Swifty’s outdoor dining area is along the pool’s edge, beneath a canopy tent adorned with faux and live plants. There’s also an interior seating area that blends the incredible hotel decor with fine dining.
Our Meals
Everything we ate was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, wild-caught seafood, and gluten-free goodies. I think about this meal every time I think about Palm Beach.

These juices were absolutely incredible. Fresh, organic, healthy, and delicious, they were the perfect start to our meal.

These muffins were INCREDIBLE. They were so soft, moist, flavorful, and absolutely perfect. Gluten-free foods are hit or miss, and this is absolutely a hit!

I adore lobster in all its forms, but this salad was phenomenal. It was the best of savory, salty, and fresh.

This could not be made gluten-free, but my husband adored his lobster roll. He described the flavor as fresh, oceany, and creamy. The ultimate hot summer day food!

Final Thoughts
This was such an incredible meal! I am still dreaming of the gluten-free biscuits, Key West shrimp, lobster salad, and all the rest. I would return to Palm Beach just to eat here again! If you’re in the area, you shouldn’t leave without dining at Swifty’s!
