Sunday Stack Volume 1
Every Sunday, I’ll share my current favorite jewelry stack including gorgeous pearls, golds, and colorful gemstones. I think the art of bracelet stacking is such a fun way to add interest, visual depth, and color to an outfit, particularly when the pieces have some sort of emotional or occasional significance. Most of the jewelry I own was given to me by loved ones, and that makes wearing them that much more special because I remember the giver every time I wear and enjoy them. Julie Vos makes the most gorgeous jewelry I’ve come across. It is so exquisitely crafted, intricately detailed, and endlessly mix-and-matchable. I can’t wear these out of the house without getting stopped and complimented. People always ask me where I bought them as they’re so unlike any other jewelry I’ve come across. I’m always wearing at least one piece of Julie Vos jewelry, which is why they’re featured so heavily on my website. It’s my favorite jewelry brand, so you’ll undoubtedly continue seeing them on my website and beyond!
I love pulling together fun outfits like this one to add a little color. Something I’ve noticed that’s quite different about living on the East Coast vs. the Midwest is that people on the East Coast don’t wear as much color as they do back home. If they do, it’s usually blue and white like the above. Does anyone know why that is? Here in Greenwich, people do sometimes wear pink, or pink and green in a very Lilly Pulitzer-type way, but that’s only in high summer.
