There’s something so fun about dressing for a theme, and today’s outfit’s theme is starry night style! I’m wearing a black dress with cutouts (this runs small, so consider sizing up) with gold jewelry and gold accents. I’ve worn these shoes and this headband for my blog before, but tonight they seemed especially appropriate. Are you more of a gold or silver person?

I grew up stargazing as often as we could in Northern Michigan, and it’s something I love to this day. I love watching for shooting stars, identifying constellations, and looking up at the same stars people have gazed upon since the dawn of time. No matter where we are in the world, we’re all connected by the stars above, and that’s why I’m such a fan of this Celeste collection from Julie Vos. I thought it was the perfect summery celebration of golden glitz and summer night skies.
Delicate, easy to stack, and effortless to wear, these pieces are comfortable and 24k gold plated, making them shine in the sunlight or starlight. Our recent stay at Mohonk Mountain House was too rainy and cloudy to go stargazing, so I brought the stars with me and illuminated my outfit with these shiny jewels.
These earrings are so timeless and lovely. I’m always looking for new pearl pieces to add to my collection, and these were just what I needed. The starburst is so glittery in person that photos don’t do it justice!
