I rarely go more than a day or two without posting to my blog, but the past 9 days I was in Northern Mexico and Southern Arizona wandering the desert landscape in search of sunrise, adventure, delicious foods and drinks, and the perfect desert landscapes to photograph, and I was not always able to access the internet. I’m back to regularly posting! Please know that if you click links on my site & make a purchase, I may make a (very) small commission from this. There is no extra cost to you. These funds help pay for the website’s domain and site maintenance. Please know that I only post about products & services that I use myself, & would recommend to a close a friend!
During my travels, I wore this red ruffled top to the state of Sonora, Mexico, just across the border from Arizona and it made me feel like the salsa dancer emoji! For only $16, this top is well worth every penny! How darling are these Filly Flair earrings?! They have tons of cute clothing & accessories, so head to there website and check them out here!

Top (I’m wearing a small and it’s TTS!) (c/0) // $7 Sunglasses (c/o) // Basket Bag (c/o) // Past Season Skirt from Loft (other cute white skirts here, here, and here) // Eyeliner // Foundation // Filly Flair Earrings (c/o) (sold out, but other adorable options here, here and here!)
When I’m traveling, I try to pack pieces that can be worn multiple ways which means I can have more outfits without having to lug around multiple suitcases stuffed with clothing (not that I’ve ever done that before…haha). This outfit was perfect because I was able to mix the neutral skirt with a number of other tops, the shirt was festive and fun and was easy to pair with jean shorts and a denim skirt, and the earrings and sunglasses went with anything I wore, meaning I didn’t need to bring too many accessories.
Stay tuned for a summary of my travels, city guides, and more looks from my adventures!
