From an organic, sustainable clothing company called prAna, this blouse is so soft and extremely comfortable. I wore this walking around in the heat of Mexico, and it was a lifesaver because it kept me so cool and kept the sun off my shoulders.
It’s made from cool, organic cotton and available in 4 different colors (I’m wearing the Volcanic Plum color here), and despite it being a darker shade, it kept me cool all day long. I paired it with a skirt from the same brand, which was very comfortable but ran a bit big, a vintage basket bag, and a pair of leather sandals from Eastland, and I was as comfortable as could be, despite the high temperatures.
My sandals were uncomfortable the first few times I wore them, but after a few wears they were as comfortable as could be. I think that I have very sensitive feet, so if you’re the same way and get blisters easily, definitely wear them with thick socks around the house before taking them out of the house so that you can quickly break them in. I love leather sandals like these, and I think these are so cute; plus, they have excellent arch support, which means once they’re broken in, they’re like walking on clouds.
The skirt has a nice bit of stretch, so I recommend sizing down a size or two. This white denim skirt is super versatile and can easily be dressed up or down, depending upon my mood. I’m wearing my usual size, a small, in the top, and it had plenty of room to be loose for an oversized fit. You can shop this look above and explore a few more looks from this same brand below!
