The annual North American International Auto Show aka the NAIAS attracts guests from all over the globe to the Motor City (aka Detroit) to see the latest and greatest via auto manufacturers from Toyota to BMW and Acura to Rolls Royce. This year higher end autos from Rolls Royce, Maserati, and Bentley were mysteriously absent, but there were still plenty of awesome 2017 and 2018 models to see, along with lots of concept cars!
Many displays defied gravity. Literally!
These copper toned chrome lights in the Alfa Romeo section were absolutely enchanting and mirrored the shiny tone to the engines displayed above!
There were so many incredible textures around the auto show. It was so fun to photograph, and I would have happily stayed all day!
Each retailer had their own uniquely appointed “showroom” of sorts, decked floor to ceiling with individualized decor. This stunning, fluid mobile above the Lexus centre was no exception to the beauty to be seen around the hall!
This pearlized paint was one of my favorite things there! How mesmerizing is this pink/green/white combination?
I hope you enjoyed these photos! If you’re ever in Detroit mid January, be sure to check the NAIAS out. My husband and I go every year, and it’s always very enjoyable!
