The Spa at 21C Hotel Cincinnati was a delightful diversion during our eventful time in The Queen City. A couple’s massage was the perfect way to end our long weekend in Cincy, and what a wonderful couple’s massage it was! We enjoyed the VIP treatment in their rooftop couple’s suite, which was outfitted with a gorgeous steam shower (with a skylight – I love a good skylight), a massive whirlpool jacuzzi soaking tub, and many more beautiful amenities.

About
This spa is tucked away inside 21C Museum Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the very top floor. You can read all about our wonderful stay at 21C Museum Hotel in Cincinnati, here, and my full guide to Cincinnati, here. The elevator’s level 10 button says “Spa” above it.- you can’t miss it! There are three treatment rooms inside the spa, and licensed estheticians and massage therapists ensure that each spa visit is a beautiful experience.
In addition to massages, they also offer manicures, pedicures, facials, peels, dermaplaning, aromatherapy treatments, prenatal treatments, foot baths, anti-aging and target skin ailments as well. Essentially, if you can dream, they can provide a custom tailored experience for your unique preferences and needs.
Services
The Spa at 21C Hotel Cincinnati offers a wide range of treatment options for couples looking to spend a relaxing afternoon together, those looking to be rejuvenated by indulging in some alone time, and they even offer express services for those who are in a hurry. They can do massages in as little as ten minutes, but of course it’s best to book at least a 60 minute massage, if you’re schedule allows for it.
As I mentioned above, we reveled in the ultimate couples experience, and it was positively blissful. We started with a massage and facial, and then enjoyed a soak in the large whirlpool tub, followed by a rejuvenating and refreshing steam shower to rinse off. I couldn’t believe how absolutely fabulous I felt, and my husband even commented one how radiant my skin looked after our services. If you’re looking for a spa in the Queen City, this is your best bet.
Atmosphere
Since the spa is tucked away on the top floor of the hotel, it’s very quiet, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The staff are so kind and friendly, we immediately felt at ease and trusted that they would do an excellent job caring for us. The decor was minimalist so as not to overwhelm, and was very reminiscent of a cloudy day on the beaches of Lake Michigan, where I grew up. This made me feel nostalgic and very peaceful, which I’m certain was the intended result. I’m pretty sure that I briefly nodded off during my massage, because I was so completely relaxed.
