When we were in Charleston earlier this year staying at Belmond Charleston Place, my husband surprised me with the Louis Vuitton agenda that I’d had on my wishlist forever. I like to stay very organized, and I typically use several planners all at once. I have one for work items, one for meal planning, one for my travels, and another, typically from Lilly Pulitzer, that blends the other 3 together, along with personal events like birthdays, anniversaries, and more. When I received this agenda, the Louis Vuitton agenda inserts were totally out of stock, so I decided to find some that I could customize to create an agenda that was all my own, with 4 unique sections. The setup process of my Louis Vuitton agenda for 2021-2022 was so much fun, and it made me excited to plan out my next year.

Louis Vuitton Agenda Setup
Monthly Overview
The first section of my agenda has a monthly planner layout, with a full calendar for each month. This at-a-glance view allows me to make note of deadlines, meetings, appointments, travel departure and return dates, as well as other important dates like anniversaries, birthdays, festivals, holidays, and events.
As shown below, at the start of every new month, there’s also a spot to plan out monthly goals, make note of important events, a monthly to-do list, and a section for important notes. I plan to use the monthly goals section to stay on track for my annual goals, the events section will help me pack for upcoming travels, and purchase gifts for special celebrations.
Between each of my planner’s four sections, I used these plastic dashboard dividers (pictured above) which each fits three business or credit card size items, like these reversible weekly task lists or my flag tabs.
Weekly Hobonichi Style Overview
The next section in my agenda is a hobonichi style weekly planner. This section is what I use as my content calendar to pre-plan my blog posts. Hobonichi style of planner would also perfect for planning out meals, workouts, schoolwork or for lesson planning.
Daily Planner Pages
I use these daily planner pages to help plan more minute aspects of my day-to-day, from meetings, deadlines, appointments, and more, this page brings together all of the other planner page styles to give me a more detailed rundown of what I need to do and where I need to be. Each month starts off with a page to help set a schedule, which is perfect for planning classes, or in my case, blog tasks.
There’s also a section for my “Top 3” goals or tasks for the month, and a monthly overview of important dates for the month. This tells me when I need to buy someone a gift, or send out a card. If you know me, you know I’ll never forget your special days! I use this “Today” tab bookmark which allows me to easily flip to the current day’s page.
Customizable Lined Note Pages
The final section of my agenda is comprised of customizable lined note pages. These act as extra space to take notes during meetings, plan out packing lists or travel itineraries. They can also act as additional space for any given day by circling the month and day on the top of the page and writing additonal notes for that day.

Other Agenda Accessories
To help me stay organized, I also use these transparent square sticky notes, these tabs/flags, and these transparent round sticky notes. Each style comes in several different colors. I chose the Lavender (lavande, they’re from a French brand) for the flags. I chose Grey Moon (gris lune) for the square and round sticky notes. These weekly plan cards (available in 3 different colors, these are blanc/white) fit into my agenda’s 3-pocket dividers. Finallty, on my first divider, I used these double sided sticky dots to secure some tabs to the front of it.

Final Thoughts on my Louis Vuitton Agenda Setup
It took a month for my agenda supplies to arrive from France, which is half as long as the shipping estimate said it would take. If you plan to buy these, plan in advance for the delivery time. Overall, I’m so happy with the way my agenda turned out, and I love using this to stay organized. I still love my Lilly Pulitzer agenda for personal items and to use as a diary of sorts, but when it comes to business and special events, this is the perfect agenda setup for me!

For nearly $1000 this is very beautiful but not something I’d spend my money on. This is more than my rent!!
