Le Bistro Palma
Le Bistro, in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, was a lovely respite from the intense island heat. This French-inspired kitchen right downtown in the heart of the historic capital of Mallorca is connected to Ocho Suites, a luxury boutique hotel where we stayed during our long weekend in this ancient paradise. Ambience
This cozy, laid-back restaurant featured an abundance of rich textures, hand-painted tiles, and locally blown glass. Low lighting, jewel tones, and a curated menu of locally-sourced produce and seafood made it a meal to remember.
Our Meals
We dined here and enjoyed an assortment of delectable dishes.
We ate roasted potatoes with roe and chives, salad Niçoise, and poached fish with a mushroom roast and a cream sauce. Everything was absolutely incredible.

Rooftop Overlook
The staff invited us for a cocktail atop the roof, in a private lounge overlooking Palma. We didn’t stay long, as we had plenty of sightseeing to do, but it was definitely worth checking out!
Final Thoughts
I would highly recommend popping into Le Bistro Kitchen in Palma. Everything from the atmosphere, food, and service was top-notch. If we return to Palma, which I hope we will, we intend to return for another fabulous meal.
