Our stay at Irvine Spectrum was delightful and we loved their 360º rooftop bar with a phenomenal view of the entire city, Santa Ana Mountains, and cities beyond Irvine. The hotel has gorgeous, spacious rooms, with massive windows that allow guests to appreciate the views, a beautiful pool deck surrounded by tropical plants, plus friendly, caring staff, which made choosing Irvine Spectrum a no brainer for us during our time in Irvine!

Grand Central Market has just about everything one could want, from fresh pressed organic juice and vegan ramen to fresh baked breads, freshly shucked oysters, fine cheeses, hot meals and groceries from around the world. There are also regular movie and game nights, and they have a wide collection of eclectic neon signs on the walls and in front of or above each vendor.
We absolutely loved the way the eco-chic atmosphere of Gracias Madre intertwined with the bold pops of color both in the food and decor. It was the perfect place to enjoy delicious, comfort food flavors with a holistic, vegan twist!
We saw almost all of Rome, on foot, in three days, and it wouldn’t have been possible without good walking shoes and thick socks. If you enjoy sightseeing or photography, or just like going at your own pace and want to save money, skip the tours you’ll see signs everywhere for and have the adventure of a lifetime in the Eternal City.
