I’ve noticed that I’ve become weaker and that I’m getting out of shape, and I want to change that before I let it go too far. My goals & motivation are very straightforward and while it will be a challenge, I enjoy pushing myself and I think I can reach my goal of losing 25-30 pounds by the time the snow melts in the spring by changing my diet and exercising regularly. I also plan to work on increasing my hydration, sleeping better, and stretching regularly to improve my flexibility.
