Cap de Formentor
On Mallorca, we drove to Cap de Formentor, one of the most picturesque view spots on the entire island. Formed by millennia of erosion and ocean currents, it was one of the most magnificent places I’ve ever stood. I hope you enjoy these gorgeous photos as much as I enjoyed taking them. The wind whipped through our hair, the sound of salty waves lashing the shore beckoned us closer to the edge, and the jagged rocks beneath contrasted sharply with the frothy surf. The drive here was winding and enchanting, with rocks jutting up from the coast and poking through needle-like trees. I was enchanted from the moment we landed on the road MA-2210 over to Cap de Formentor. Normally, there’s a lighthouse that visitors can explore, but that entire road was closed the day we visited. This was just as gorgeous!
