S2S Sugar 2 Salt is my absolute favorite brunch spot in Northern Michigan, because they serve locally and ethically sourced seasonal ingredients, which supports local farmers and fishers. It’s wonderful to know exactly where each ingredient on the menu comes from, and knowing that each item on my plate was harvested as recently as that same morning means I can feel great about eating there and supporting small scale, low-impact farmers and growers. This restaurant offers so many plant based options and substations, you’ll be addicted to it like I am in no time.
