Sawyer Restaurant in Seattle was one of the best places I’ve ever eaten. This unassuming restuarant inside of a former sawmill serves some of the very best seafood and vegetables we’ve ever had. A James Beard Semi-Finalist, this New American restaurant offers a seasonal menu that changes based on what’s available in the Pacific Northwest, while always maintaining a fine-dining atmosphere, impeccable plating and presentations, by only ever using the highest-quality ingredients.
