I’ve never been one for crop tops, but when I saw this beautiful lace number with broad shoulders and a high collar, it was love at first sight. For me, New York Fashion Week was all about pushing boundaries on my personal style, so I decided to try something different and pair the feminine, lacy top with an edgier vegan leather skirt and my new favorite accessory, this round, metal purse.

Summer clothing styles are far and away my favorite seasonal clothing. I just love the lightweight, billowy fabrics, the intricate details, botanical patterns, crisp, cool whites, and reflective metals, and since summer is the most common time for me to enjoy these styles, aside from the occasional winter getaway, I can’t tell you how excited I was to pull some of these beauties out of my closet and enjoy the warmer weather after the summer solstice. Below is volume 4 of my summer essentials. I hope these inspire you to have a beautiful, stylish summer with a few new pieces, things you already own and love, or a mix of both.
I have always loved Greek mythology & stories. I used to stay up late at night as a child reading about Athena and her infinite wisdom, Aphrodite’s ability to inspire love wherever she went, and Artemis’s love for nature and all things innocent. One thing that has always stuck out to me is how timeless the outfits of Greek Goddesses are. Their flowing dresses, wild curls adorned with a glittering headpiece, helmet, or hairclip, and simple footwear are still just as beautiful today as they were when they were painted or carved into marble thousands of years ago. That’s why, when I found myself in need of inspiration for a look for our dinner at Zero George Restaurant + Bar in Charleston, South Carolina, recently, I turned to history to create this golden Greek Goddess-inspired look.
This is my favorite carry-on luggage, not only because it’s so beautiful, but because it’s the perfect size to hold everything I need without any wasted space, which means I can pack light for a quick trip, or pack the essentials during a long-haul flight. This chic black leather suitcase is made of Japanese fiberboard & leather has a gorgeously regal navy and subtle purple botanical print on the inside, which makes the process of packing and unpacking simply joyful. I hope we are all able to get back to exploring the world and learning more about one another, in style, as soon as possible.
We were in London during the hottest day on record in the United Kingdom, and I wore this flouncy blue and white Free People dress paired with a straw hat to keep cool. We spent this blazingly hot day under the sun exploring the city, and had such a wonderful time.
We donned red for our first evening in London, after hopping off a 7 hour plane ride, to go enjoy a meal in London’s South Kensington neighborhood. After a long flight, I needed a pop of color to feel energized, so I hit the town wearing a red dress, red Tieks and my favorite From St. Xavier handbag which is completely handcrafted, featuring a luxurious red velvet interior, and beautiful golden-bronze exterior expertly crafted with a gorgeous filigree pattern.

Tokyo DisneySea was our last stop during our tour of Japan, and I couldn’t think of a better way to end our time in the Land of the Rising Sun than by visiting Tokyo Disney’s water themed park before heading to Haneda Airport. Inspired by classic fairytales of the sea, like The Little Mermaid, Tokyo DisneySea is an incredible expression of storytelling taken to the next level. The park consists of 7 themed ports, Port Discovery, the American Waterfront, Mediterranean Harbor, Mysterious Island, Arabian Coast, Mermaid Lagoon, and the Lost River Delta. Read on to see how much there is to do at the park, from marveling at the incredibly ornate architecture and trying foods unique to the park, to riding rides, meeting characters, and experiencing your favorite films in a larger-than-life setting.
This red dress is one of my favorite items of clothing I own. It’s easy to throw on and look glam, while still feeling comfortable. I recently paired it with a golden metal fan handbag, gold, shimmery flats, and a beautiful crest necklace from my Alma Mater, the University of Michigan for a fun, romantic…
