Highland Cows are some of the most precious and recognizable creatures on Earth. They have long, wavy, reddish-brown hair, and long, wide horns that give them a distinct, adorable look. They’re one of the things that initially drew me to the Isle of Skye, among many, many others, so I wanted to find some of these cuties for myself, and I found an entire fold, which is what herds of Highland Cattle are properly called. I hope you enjoy these pictures of these gentle giants grazing in the rain, and that one day you are able to go and see them for yourself.
